Our Neighbors

±«²Ñµþ°ä’s main campus is nestled between Catonsville and Arbutus. It’s an area rich with businesses, restaurants, and community organizations. We are proud to partner with both the Greater Arbutus Business Association and the Catonsville Chamber of Commerce to promote local businesses to the campus community. These include several businesses founded by Â鶹´«Ã½ÏµÁÐ alumni and , a new community meeting space and coffee shop in downtown Arbutus, founded by students.

±«²Ñµþ°ä’s team builds and supports long-term partnerships between Â鶹´«Ã½ÏµÁÐ and regional, national and global corporations and foundations. They facilitate high-value partnerships that benefit the business community and support ±«²Ñµþ°ä’s mission to prepare talented and diverse students to meet the needs of the 21st century.

These partnerships often include research projects with our experienced faculty and support for student scholarship and research. Companies also partner with Â鶹´«Ã½ÏµÁÐ to recruit top-tier talent for their intern and full-time job opportunities through our .

±«²Ñµþ°ä’s 41-acre research and technology community is comprised of a research park and technology and bioscience business incubators. Both research park and incubator companies can access campus amenities, research facilities, and ±«²Ñµþ°ä’s highly skilled students, graduates, and research faculty.

bwtech@Â鶹´«Ã½ÏµÁÐ is an ideal location for both established and early-stage science and technology companies. The campus also houses the Cyber Incubator, Northrop Grumman Cync Program, and CyberHive. All are part of the growing community of nearly 50 cybersecurity companies.

These collaborations bridge every topic, from literacy to visual art, music, science, engineering, and math. Faculty are deeply immersed in research projects in partnership with communities across Baltimore, supporting PK-12 student learning. Student teachers intern in schools across the state. And each year Â鶹´«Ã½ÏµÁÐ hosts thousands of students of every age on campus.
